CHILDREN’S CHOIR ENSEMBLE “LYCEUM” (Orechovo-Zuevo, Russia)

The children’s choir ensemble “LYCEUM” was formed in “Gumanitarny litsey” in 2007. Though it is only 3 years old, the members of the choir ensemble have participated in some musical contests and school parties. “LYCEUM” has become the 1 prize winner at Town’s Arts Festival “Spring Drip”. The members of the choir ensemble are really keen on singing in chorus. The repertoire of the choir ensemble includes folk music and music of modern composers as well as Russian and foreign classical works. In 2008 the ensemble took part in the 9^th international choir festival-contest “Prague Christmas”, where it became a winner.
Conductor – Nadezhda Prilutskaya (a graduate of The State Saratov
Conservatory by Sobinov).
